Const/CISF Jagatbir Singh (hereinafter collectively referred to as „Petitioners‟ unless the context otherwise requires) under Article 226 Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed W.P.(C) 4722/2007 & W.P.(C) 4982/2007 Page 1 of 27 By:SHAZAAD ZAKIR Signing Date:29.11.2025 18:52:58 of the Constitution of India for issuance of appropriate writ against the Respondents for quashing of Punishment Orders, Appellate Orders, and the Revision Orders, as impugned in the writ petitions, passed by the relevant Adjudicating Authorities.
