This is a petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, seeking quashing of FIR No. 566/2025, dated 10.09.2025, registered at P.S Begampur, District Rohini, Delhi under Sections 3(i)(r)(s) of Schedule Castes And The Schedule Tribes (Prevention of ATRO.) Amendment Act, 2015 and all proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of settlement between the parties. 2.
