The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 11.08.2025 passed by the learned CJM, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi whereby the petitioner was granted no objection certificate for renewal of his passport for a period of 05 years from the date of issuance inter alia subject to the condition that the petitioner/accused shall not leave India without prior written permission of this Court. 2. Mr. Vikram Aggarwal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there are other 07 cases registered against the petitioner. In one case i.e. FIR No. RC 1202010A0010 PS CBI-ACB, Ghaziabad, UP the petitioner has already been acquitted whereas FIR No. 161/2011 dated 17.12.2011 under Sections 420/468/471 IPC registered at PS Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed CRL.M.C. 6079/2025 Page 1 of 4 By:DEEPAK SINGH Signing Date:19.11.2025 09:26:00 Rajender Nagar, Delhi has been quashed. 3. He submits that other 05 FIRs are still pending and in all those cases the petitioner has been granted permission to depart from India for the purpose of consideration of his application for renewal of passport for a period of 10 years. 4. He submits that the petitioner has already gone abroad once and he has not misused the liberty so granted to him. 5. To buttress his submission, Mr. Aggarwal has handed over order sheets pertaining to the re
