Heard Sri Mangleshwar Verma, Advocate holding brief of Ms. Renu Sharma, learned counsel for applicant as well as Sri Ram Mohit Yadav, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.479 of 2024, under Sections 85, 103(1) B.N.S. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Sahjanwa, District Gorakhpur with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has nothing to do with the said offence. The dying-declaration is tutored and has been made at the behest of informant and other family members.
