This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Girendra Singh , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 23/Basrehar/2024- 25, under Sections 9, 39, 48, 49B, 50, 51, 57 of Wildlife (Protection) Act and Section 52 Ka of Indian Forest Act, Police Station Chaubiya, District Etawah, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below.
