Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.380 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Mauaima, District Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The named accused person was Nagendra only, but subsequently the applicant was nominated on the basis of statements of two witnesses, namely, Amzad Ali and Imran, but both the said witnesses have not been examined by the prosecution rather an application has been moved to discharge them from their evidence.
