The applicant-Tausheeq has filed the instant bail application with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Crime No.423 of 2024, under Sections 64(1), 137(2), 87, 115(2), 123, 127(2) I.P.C., and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Shivpur, District Varanasi, during the pendency of the trial. 3. The prosecution story in brief is that on 20.09.2024 at about 07:00 A.M. the informant's daughter aged about 14 years had gone to school at about 02:00 P.M., but she did not return and when the informant searched her, he came to know that the applicant enticed her away and committed wrong with her. 4.
