The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 18.07.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 22644 of 2019 (Naresh Vs. State of U.P.). 4. This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed by the applicant- Naresh, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 1427 of 2018, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 302, 120-B I.P.C., registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Mathura. 5.
