It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that the incident is alleged to have taken place on 02.10.2024, whereas the F.I.R., has been lodged on 27.10.2024 without there being any plausible explanation of such an inordinate delay.
