The applicant-Munish has filed the instant bail application with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Crime No.478 of 2024, under Sections 65(1), 333, 351(2), 352 of BNSS, Section 3/4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station Alapur, District Budaun, during the pendency of the trial. 3. The prosecution story in brief is that on 17.11.2024 when the informant's daughter was alone in her house at about 07:00 P.M., the applicant entered into his house and committed wrong with her.
