Despite service of notice none has appeared on behalf of informant even in the revised call. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material brought on record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R. In the F.I.R. the informant alleges that the applicant has enticed away his minor daughter aged about 14 years. When the victim was recovered her statement under Section 180 B.N.S.S. was recorded wherein she states that she loves the applicant, they had solemnized marriage in a temple and live as husband and wife, she has no objection to live with him and she is having pregnancy out of the said wedlock. In her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S. the victim has reiterated version of her earlier statement recorded under Section 180 B.N.S.S. In compliance of earlier order dated 15.04
