Aata, District Jalaun. 4. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.8.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.34333 of 2023. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that trial in the matter has concluded and as such the present bail application has become infructuous. 6.
