Accordingly, prayer for withdrawal, made by the learned counsel for the applicant, is allowed and the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the First Information report as well as other documents to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining the photo copies of the same on record.
