Heard learned counsel for applicant, Sri Zafeer Ahmad, learned counsel for the informant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 767 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 238, 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Majhola, District Moradabad, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant married with the victim out of love as both belong to different religions. The applicant is stated to have subjected the victim to cruelty as he used to drink and committed her murder within the precincts of his house on 31.08.2024. The FIR is delayed by about one day and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The cause
