Court No. - 68 HON'BLE ASHUTOSH SRIVASTAVA, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Ajay Kumar Singh, learned AGA for the State-Respondent and perused the record. The present bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 30 of 2024, under Sections 307, 420, 465 of IPC and Sections 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Budhana, District Muzaffar Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that it is a case of police firing in which none of the police personnel received any injury in fact no firing was made by the applicant. He submits that due to malafide intention the police has roped the applicant in a false case. He submits that recovery of one country made pistol and live cartridges are planted by the police.
