This is the third bail application filed by the applicant. The first and second bail applications has been rejected by Hon'ble Mayank Kumar Jain vide orders dated 02.02.2023 and 23.04.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos.41719 of 2022 and 4523 of 2024 respectively. 3. The applicant-Pawan Kumar @ Seepu has filed this third bail application with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Crime No.236 of 2022, under Section 366, 376, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Achhalda, District Auraiya, during the pendency of the trial. 4.
