This is the second bail application filed by the applicant. First bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 03.08.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 32906of 2023. 3. The applicant-Ram Charan has filed this second bail application with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Crime No.137 of 2020, under Sections 302/34, 201 I.P.C., Police Station Radhauli, District Basti, during the pendency of the trial. 4.
