This bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No. 134 of 2024, under Sections 302, 120B, 506 of IPC, Police Station- Inchauli, District - Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the co-accused Suman is stated to have taken the informant's son aged about 06 years, along with her from his house on 9.6.2024 at about 08:00 AM. The applicant is stated to have some land dispute with
