The applicant-Hasan Ali has filed the instant bail application with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Crime No.0129 of 2024, under Sections 354, 376AB, 506 I.P.C., and Section 5(m)/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Alau, District Mainpuri, during the pendency of the trial. 3. The prosecution story in brief is that the informant's daughter had gone home to bring grass on the way, the applicant took her to corn field and had molested her. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that initially F.I.R., has been registered under Section 354, 506 I.P.C., and Section 9m/10 of POCSO Act and thereafter the case has been converted under Sections 376AB along with other Sections.
