As per prosecution story, the son of the informant aged about 20 years had gone to ease himself out on 26.04.2024 at about 7.00 pm towards the pond and did not return. The informant got a missing report instituted at Police Station on 28.04.2024. Subsequent to it the dead body of the deceased person was recovered from the agricultural field of one Kallu Yadav on 29.04.2024 at about 7.30 am.
