GAUTAM CHOWDHARY, J. 1. List revised. None appears for the informant. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that the victim is aged about 21 years. Learned counsel further argued that though the allegation of rape has been levelled against the applicant but the victim has also stated that she did not raise alarm on account of threatening and it appears that the victim is a consenting party. Learned counsel also argued that there is an allegation under Section 67 of I.T. Act but there is no video on record to demonstrate that any offence under I.T. Act is made out against the applicant.
