The applicant-Shyamu has filed the instant bail application with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Crime No.0232 of 2024, under Sections 65(2), 127(2) of B.N.S and Section 5-M/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Mau, District Chitrakoot, during the pendency of the trial. 3. The prosecution story in brief is that on 01.08.2024 the informant's daughter aged about 06 years on hearing the D.J. sound went near the house of the applicant, in the meantime, her sister-in-law's (Jethani) daughter came and told her that the applicant took her daughter (victim) inside his room and when the informant reached the house of the applicant, the victim told the incident to the inform
