Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material brought on record. 3. The present second bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 133 of 2022, under Sections - 376, 302, 364 I.P.C., Police Station - Dhanghata, District - Sant Kabir Nagar, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. The first bail application of applicant was rejected by this Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.03.2024, passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 23568 of 2022. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, one Shamshad has told informant that his daughter (deceased) is lying unconscious in the
