As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have caught hold of the deceased person, whereby co-accused person Arslan strangulated him and co-accused Fareen sat on his feet, thereby committed murder of father-in- law of the applicant on 30.8.2025. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. She has nothing to do with the said offence.
