Heard Sri Chhote Lal Bhartiya, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.341 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 238, 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station- Barhaj, District- Deoria, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The applicant has been nominated on the basis of speculation only. The FIR itself is delayed by two days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. There is no last seen evidence in the instant case, as such, the applicant is entitled for bail. 5.
