Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.544 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5), 238 BNS, Police Station Majhola, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Chetan Gupta has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 13.10.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 32584 of 2025. The only disparity is that a false recovery of slippers and T-shirt of the deceased person has been foisted on the applicant. 5.
