Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.348 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2)A, 238, 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station- Chandausi, District- Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant alongwith her husband Raheesh is stated to have called the deceased person to their house on 10.8.2025 at about 00:30 a.m. and had assaulted him and committed his murder, whereby the deceased was rushed to CHC, Chandausi and was declared as brought dead. 5.
