Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.255 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2), 317(2), 309(6) B.N.S., Police Station- Sector-24 Noida, District- Gautam Buddha Nagar, during the pendency of trial. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 4. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR was instituted against two unknown persons on 11.6.2025 and it is delayed by about five hours and there is no explanation
