Heard Sri Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.290 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 103(1), 238 B.N.S., Police Station Modinagar, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about twenty six days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The missing report was filed by the informant on 20.05.2025 and no person was nominated in it. Subsequently, the applicant has been nominated to have been last seen with the deceased person in the statement of one Pradeen Kumar Sharma that too belatedly after a delay of about twenty six days. 5.
