The present bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 427 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Section 34(2) of the National Medical Commission Act, Police Station Bahjoi, District Sambhal. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the applicant is the owner of the hospital and having degree of Diploma in Optometry. He submits that no complaint was made by any patient against the applicant or the hospital. He submits that the applicant had not treated any patient in the hospital as a Doctor. He submits
