Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.156 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 352, 333, 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Gazipur, District Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have been called by co- accused person Rajendra alongwith Soni Lodhi @ Gagra on 13.07.2025 at about 8:00 p.m. and all the accused persons had assaulted and caused injuries to the brother of informant, who was rushed to hospital and succumbed to the injuries thereupon. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
