Bail Application No. 36492 of 2024. The applicant has filed this second bail application with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Crime No. 242 of 2024, under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Ramgarh Tal, District Gorakhpur, during the pendency of the trial.
