Bail Application No. 11821 of 2025, a copy of which has been brought on record as Annexure-1 to the bail application. The applicant Tushar, has filed this second bail application with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 292 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406 IPC and Section 66 I.T. Act, Police Station Nauchandi, District Meerut, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below.
