Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Singh Bais, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.278 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 115(2), 351(2), 352, 3(5), 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station- Sarsawa, District- Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant alongwith three other named accused persons is stated to have assaulted and caused grievous injuries to six persons in all on 21.7.2025 at about 08:30 a.m. out of which one had expired. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
