Heard Sri Onkar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.172 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238 B.N.S., Police Station- Mansoorpur, District- Muzaffarnagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The applicant has been implicated in this case only on the basis of CCTV footage fetched from the liquor shop, whereby the deceased person, applicant and co-accused person Pankaj were seen leaving the said liquor shop after purchasing a wine bottle from there on 1.6.2025. 5.
