Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.485 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Majhola, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the present case. His name has been subsequently added by the informant in his statement recorded under Section 180 B.N.S.S. after deleting the originally named accused persons in the FIR.
