Applicants seek bail in Case Crime No.401 of 2024, under Sections 333, 103(2), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Akbarpur, District Kanpur Dehat, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that similarly placed co-accused person Omkar has already been enlarged on bail by the Co- ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.04.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.4201 of 2025. There is no criminal history of the applicants. The applicants are languishing in jail since 07.08.2025.
