The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.94 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 352 B.N.S., Police Station Jahanabad, District Fatehpur with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have assaulted and committed the murder of father of informant in the night at about 12:30 a.m. on 26.06.2025 by assaulting him with a danda. 5.
