Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 271 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 103(1) & 238A of BNS, Police Station - Chatari, District - Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is the wife of deceased person and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The cause of death of deceased is cardiac pulmonary arrest which indicates a natural death. The deceased had come in an inebriated stage and has expired subsequently but she has nothing to do with the said offence. 5. Learned counsel has also stated that there is no criminal history of the applicant. The applicant is languishing in jail since 14.08.2025 and she is ready to cooperate with trial. In case, the
