As per prosecution story, the applicant and other co-accused persons are stated to have assaulted the deceased person, whereby the co-accused person Pushpraj Singh had caused gun shot injuries to the chest of deceased person, causing his death on 21.06.2025 at about 6:00 p.m. 5.
