Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0237 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2) of BNS, Police Station - Gandhi Park, District - Aligarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. He is not named in the FIR. His name has come up subsequently in the supplementary application given by the informant at the police station which is hit by Section 181 of BNSS, as such, it is a clear cut case of false implication. 5.
