Heard Sri Surendra Nath Tripathi, Advocate holding brief of Sri Ambikesh Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.220 of 2025, under Section 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Madhotanda, District Pilibhit, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant has simply been made an accused on the basis of suspicion and speculation only. Except his confession before the police, there is no evidence against him. The FIR itself is delayed by about two days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused.
