Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 136 of 2025, under Section 103(1) of BNS, Police Station - Charwa, District - Kaushambi, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant along with two other named accused persons and one unknown person is stated to have committed the murder of informant's sister in the night of 29.6.2025 at about 07:45 PM. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR.
