This bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No. 169 of 2024, under Section 103(1) of BNS, Police Station- Kotwali Dehat, District - Banda, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The injury do indicate to be an accidental injury although the dead body was found from the house of the applicant but he has nothing to do with the said offence. 5. Learned counsel has also stated that the applicant is languishing in jail since 15.08.2024, having no criminal history to his credit.
