Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.496 of 2024, under Section 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Tronica City, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
