Heard Sri Kamesh Kumar Arya, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ashish Chaudhary, learned counsel for the informant, Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.10 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Mainather, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is not named in the FIR and his name has come up for the first time after delay of more than 8 months i.e. 29.03.2025, whereby, it is alleged that applicant was seen appreciating the co-accused person for committing the said offence. The offence of conspiracy has been falsely made against the applicant as there is no evidence to corroborate the fact that applicant has hatched any conspiracy with the co-accused person except tapping hi
