Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.273 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) & 61(2) of B.N.S., and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Lohiya Nagar, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is not named in the FIR. Applicant has nothing to do with the said offence. The name of the applicant has come up for the first time in the extra judicial confession of the applicant before one Azeem, which is his by Section 22 of Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023. 5. The CCTV footage does not corroborate with the prosecution story rather it shows applicant with the co-accused on 26.04.2025 at 10:45-1
