Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 126 of 2025, under Sections 85, 103(1), 238, 61(2) of B.N.S., and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Barahan, District Agra, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person Ram Kishan has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 13.11.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.38563 of 2025. The applicant is languishing in jail since 29.08.2025 having no criminal history.
