It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person Atar Singh Urf Juju has already been enlarged on bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.04.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 5871 of 2025. The applicant is languishing in jail since 14.08.2024 having no criminal history.
