Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 277 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 351(2), 351(3), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 352 of B.N.S., Police Station Chauri Chaura, District Gorakhpur during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person Manish Gupta has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 13.11.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 38784 of 2025. The applicant is languishing in jail since 29.05.2025 having no criminal history.
